Vision Statement“Out of a love for Christ and His people, Flint Reformed Baptist Church seeks to make, mature, and multiply disciples of Jesus Christ in Albany and throughout the world, by the Word of God, through the Holy Spirit, to the Glory of the Triune God.”
About FRBCFRBC is an elder‑led, covenanted, and congregationally governed church. Average attendance is around 100‑110.
Role & Responsibilities- Preach and teach expositional, gospel‑centered sermons in our worship setting.
- Shepherd, protect, and care for the congregation: visit members and prospective members (hospital, in‑home visits, etc.), counsel, baptize, and minister to those in need of spiritual care.
- Lead, coordinate, oversee, and encourage teaching ministries (Discipleship Training, Shepherding groups, Men and Women’s Groups, Youth) to raise up mature disciples of Jesus Christ.

- Demonstrate godly character and leadership by example: devoting time to prayer, Scripture study, personal spiritual growth, and modeling Christ‑likeness in word and deed.
- Be a mature believer with a clear testimony of salvation in Jesus Christ and exemplary Christian character meeting the scriptural qualifications of an elder (1 Timothy 3:1‑7 and Titus 1:5‑9). Have a sound theological foundation and strong commitment to the authority, inerrancy, sufficiency, and centrality of Scripture. Substantial agreement with the 2nd London Baptist Confession of Faith 1689, and agreement with the church’s statement of faith ().
