Overview
UF Health’s Leesburg Hospital has three Cath Labs and one Electrophysiology Lab. We are seeking a passionate RN to elevate their clinical skillset and gain professional experience. This close‑knit Cath Lab collaborates and teams up, handling complex interventional and structural heart cases with state‑of‑the‑art technology and medical devices.
ResponsibilitiesUnder the director’s direction, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care by making nursing assessments and diagnoses, formulates care plans and implements and evaluates them for Cardiac Catheterization Lab patients. The RN is responsible for environment of care according to Joint Commission standards and for the nursing care of pre‑ and post‑Cardiac Catheterization Lab patients. This is a full‑time day‑shift position eligible for a sign‑on bonus.
Shift: 7 am‑7 pm.
Education: Associate’s Degree.
Licensure / Certification / Registration: Florida Registered Nurse License; BLS; ACLS.
