Avante at Leesburg is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to perform direct care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel and to assist in maintaining a positive physical, social, and psychological environment for the residents.

- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing and meet all applicable federal and state certification requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Completion of high school or GED equivalent or the ability to read, write, and follow oral commands in English
- Previous experience or completion of an appropriate training course
- Positive attitude toward elderly residents
- Eligible for clearance through the abuse registry and Department of Law Enforcement
This position requires background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
