We are seeking full‑time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for FT days to join our skilled nursing clinical team. Shifts include every other weekend. The starting pay range is $17.00 per hour with generous shift differentials. We participate with Daily Pay so you can get paid tomorrow.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising.
- Give treatments, perform tests, carry out procedures, and collect specimens as instructed.
- Report and record observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures, and specimens when indicated.
- Transfer, transport, and escort residents as needed.
- Answer signal lights promptly.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and keep rooms clean and orderly.
- Work as a member of the team and get along well with co‑workers.
- Accept changes in a positive manner.
- Successful completion of a state‑approved geriatric nursing assistant training program (prior geriatric nursing aide experience preferred).
- Registration with the state registry required.
- Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR).
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
- Respectful, compassionate, and warm demeanor during first impression.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ethics and confidentiality.
- Physical endurance and ability to lift and transfer residents.
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.
