ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the director/charge nurse, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care, performs other duties as assigned. This is a full time, day shift position eligible for a sign on bonus.
7am-7pm
QualificationsEducation:
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Licensure &
Certifications:
Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience
Required:
Experience in an inpatient, outpatient, and/or oncology highly preferred Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
