Join the Main Operating Room as a Certified Nursing Assistant and support patients and the surgical care team in a fast-paced environment where every member of the team plays an important role.

Under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Certified Nursing Assistant facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with patient comfort measures, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment.

As part of the Main Operating Room team, you’ll work alongside nurses and other members of the surgical care team while supporting the day-to-day needs of patients and the department.

• Role Focus:
  Direct patient support, basic physical care, comfort measures, nursing procedures, and maintaining a safe and organized care environment

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Post-high school specialized training preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience, OR
• Valid Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license

• Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience, OR
• Valid Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license

• BLS required

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
