As an Automotive Sales Associate in Leesburg, FL, where you will play a vital role in connecting customers with the vehicles that best suit their needs. Both Commission and Hourly pay plans available.

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
• Negotiate sales terms and complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process.

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers.
• Knowledge of automotive products and sales techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age for insurance purposes.
