What This Role Really Is

This is a retail, in‑home closing role.

You are not dropping a number and disappearing. You are not winging appointments.

You are
  • Running roof inspections
  • Sitting at the table
  • Presenting Good / Better / Best options
  • Simplifying decisions

  • Asking for the sale—clearly and confidently

Most deals close on the first visit. Follow‑up is structured, expected, and tracked.

What Winning Looks Like
  • Run prepared, on‑time appointments
  • Control the process without pressure or gimmicks
  • Close at the table—or rehash with purpose
  • Own your pipeline, notes, and follow‑ups
  • Take coaching seriously and apply it weekly

The scoreboard is simple:
Appointments run. Options presented. Contracts signed. Dollars collected.

What Losing Looks Like
  • “Have great appointments” but no contracts

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct in‑home roofing consultations and inspections
  • Build estimates using Roof Snap and Job Nimbus
  • Present clean, confident options to homeowners
  • Close residential roofing projects (retail & insurance)
  • Manage your pipeline with discipline and accuracy
  • Partner with Inside Sales, Production, and Operations to deliver a top‑tier customer experience
