Position: Sales Representative
Compensation: Lucrative commission-based compensation (successful reps hitting goals earn over $200,000, top performers earn over $300,000).
Experience: At least 2 years of commissioned sales experience preferred.

• Engage with potential buyers, showcasing our beautiful new homes.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to generate leads.
• Establish rapport and conduct needs analysis to help customers achieve the American dream.

• At least 2 years of commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively.
• Current top performers have come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high end auto, or cellular sales.
