Located in one of the strongest Kia markets in Central Florida, Kia of Leesburg continues to experience significant growth in sales, market share, and customer retention. - Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Work directly with customers to build trust and create exceptional buying experiences.
- Desk deals and structure transactions to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Take manager T.O.'s and assist in closing deals.
- Train, mentor, and develop sales consultants through daily coaching and accountability.
- Monitor sales performance, CRM activity, and appointment processes.
- Complete trade appraisals and manage inventory acquisitions.
- Purchase vehicles through auctions, off-lease opportunities, wholesalers, and dealer trades.
- Partner with Finance, Service, and other departments to maximize dealership performance.
- Help drive department goals in volume, gross profit, CSI, and employee development.
- 2-3+ years of automotive dealership leadership experience required.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales and profitability goals.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Excellent phone and customer relationship skills.
- Experience desking deals and completing trade appraisals.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and dealership operations.
- High-energy, positive attitude with a hands-on leadership approach.

- Competitive compensation: $140,000 - $220,000+ annually*
