Job DescriptionMLD Roofing & Construction, Inc. – a licensed, insured, family-owned, 5-star rated roofing company – is hiring a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, customer-focused, and eager to build a rewarding career in the roofing industry. Roofing sales experience is not required – Sales professionals in aligned industries (automotive, windows, HVAC, etc) are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and networking
- Perform roof inspections and identify storm damage or repair needs
- Educate homeowners on roofing systems, the MLD Roofing process and difference, financing options, and replacement options
- Work closely with main office and project managers to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Provide accurate estimates and close sales
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Previous sales experience preferred (roofing or construction a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license, insurable, and reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided)
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders (when necessary)
