Responsibilities include general repairs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and insurance, and be available for on-call emergency needs. This is a part-time position with a schedule of Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
