As a Finance Co-Op in our Finance / Accounting department, you’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting core accounting, reporting, and financial analysis activities while contributing to real business deliverables in a dynamic medical device environment.

• Create and analyze accounting statements and reports to support the preparation of financial statements
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entry preparation
• Perform account reconciliations as assigned
• Conduct data analysis in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and variance analysis
• Support ad‑hoc projects related to process improvements, reporting, documentation, and internal controls
• Help maintain audit‑ready documentation for internal and external requests
• Communicate effectively with various levels of management and cross‑functional teams
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Finance team

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
• Proven leadership potential and business acumen
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment

This is a paid Co‑Op position. Compensation is competitive and based on academic standing and relevant experience. The typical hourly rate for this position ranges from $30.00 per hour, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and program guidelines.
