Scheduler / Office Clerk - Loudoun County Fire
Transdev in Leesburg, VA is hiring a Scheduler. The Scheduler performs all administrative functions for the location. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

- Competitive compensation package of minimum $18.00 – Maximum $25.00
Benefits include:

- Perform project clerical and administrative details according to contractual and legal mandates
- Maintain contract files and records. Prepare correspondence and manager reports.
- Prepare contract correspondence, manager reports, and schedules.
- Administer accounting data, payroll, personnel records.
- Extract data from fleet MIS system to provide data to management and the client.
- Answer customer phone calls and create schedules in the scheduling system.
- Enter new customer information and changes into the system.
- Communicate late vehicle service and verify “No Shows” with customers.
- Resolve service-related complaints
- Other duties as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Office, data entry, or administrative experience a plus.
- Experience with MS Office products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
- The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
- Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
- Push and pull objects, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
