Scheduler / Office Clerk - Loudoun County Fire
Transdev in Leesburg, VA is hiring a Scheduler. The Scheduler performs all administrative functions for the location. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.
Compensation & Benefits- Competitive compensation package of minimum 18.00 – Maximum 25.00
- Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks
- Sick days: 5 days
- Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating

- Perform project clerical and administrative details according to contractual and legal mandates
- Maintain contract files and records; prepare correspondence and manager reports
- Prepare contract correspondence, manager reports and schedules
- Administer accounting data, payroll and personnel records
- Extract data from fleet MIS system to provide data to management and the client
- Answer customer phone calls and create schedule in the scheduling system
- Enter new customer information and changes into the system
- Communicate late vehicle service and verify "No Shows" with customers
- Resolve service-related complaints
- Other duties as required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Office, data entry or administrative experience a plus
- Experience with MS Office products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
- Essential functions:
sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day), frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces, push and pull objects occasionally, lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance, occasionally bend, kneel or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level

- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
