DH Technologies, Inc. is looking for a vibrant, organized, and proactive Receptionist & Office Coordinator to join our team. We operate a small business and a bustling co-working space, which means no two days are the same. We’re big on professional growth, small on micromanagement, and we genuinely enjoy what we do.
Key Responsibilities- Answering phones, taking messages, and greeting visitors.
- Receiving packages, sorting mail, and keeping an eye on office supply levels (making sure we never run out of the good pens!).
- Helping out with some light marketing tasks—perfect for someone looking to build a resume in business or communications.
- Ensuring the co-working area feels welcoming and organized.
- Flexible
Schedule:
We need help between 10–30 hours per week. We schedule in advance so you can actually have a life outside of work. - Work-Life Balance:
Our business hours are strictly 8:30AM – 5:00PM, Monday – Friday. No nights, no weekends, no "emergency" Sunday emails. - We’ll Teach You:
Don't have a decade of experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- To be a fit for this specific role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- HUBZone Residency:
This is a firm requirement. You must live in a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone). - Reliability:
You show up when you say you will. - People
Skills:
You enjoy interacting with people and can handle a variety of personalities with a smile. - Tech-Savvy-ish:
You’re comfortable with basic computer tasks (email, web browsing, light data entry).
