Service Consultant

As a service consultant you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. You will serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

Position Overview:

As a Dealership Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive service experience for our customers. You will be the primary point of contact between the customer and our service department, providing expert advice, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs, and delivering outstanding customer service.

A technician that can perform common light duty services or repairs in an efficient manner

An "entry level" technician:
Capable of oil changes, tire rotations, completing minor services, tire, and battery replacement etc. Can perform most tasks that do not require in-depth diagnostics or complex critical mechanical aptitude with guidance as needed upon researching work instructions, or after being taught theproper techniques first.
