Business Development Associate

Overview

Valor Fleet Services is seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to support strategic growth initiatives across multiple subsidiaries in the transportation and towing industry.

Valor Fleet Services is a rapidly expanding, PE-backed organization currently operating five subsidiary companies
, with a targeted growth pace of approximately one new acquisition per quarter
. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play a critical part in supporting ongoing transaction activity and operational expansion.

Job Duties Include (but are not limited to)

• Provide direct support to the Director of Strategic Operations across multiple active acquisitions and growth initiatives.
• Assist in coordinating cross-functional diligence work streams, including legal, financial, tax, HR, operations, and integration efforts.
• Maintain transaction trackers, timelines, and reporting to ensure alignment, visibility, and execution across stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular check-ins, clear communication, and accountability throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Identify risks, remove obstacles, and contribute to continuous improvement of diligence and integration processes.

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of experience in project management, corporate development, consulting, transaction services, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple fast-moving priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
