If you are experienced in purchasing and procurement and want to own how materials, costs, and vendor relationships are managed across an organization, this role gives you the authority and responsibility to do exactly that.
This is a confidential opportunity for a Purchasing Manager who understands how purchasing decisions impact job costing, cash flow, and operational performance.

Develop and manage company-wide purchasing and procurement strategy
Own the purchase order process from quoting through closeout
Negotiate pricing, material buyouts, and supplier agreements
Maintain accurate purchase order tracking, including status, value, releases, and deliveries
Ensure all purchasing is correctly coded and tied to job costing
Implement and maintain invoice-to-purchase-order matching controls
Partner with the Warehouse Manager on inventory planning and material flow
Identify cost-saving opportunities through spot buys and vendor comparisons
Build and maintain purchasing reports and dashboards for leadership review
Communicate clearly with Field teams, Project Managers, Accounts Payable, and Operations
Supervise purchasing staff if applicable

5 or more years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
Prior experience negotiating pricing and managing vendor relationships
Strong understanding of purchase orders, job costing, and inventory controls
Experience working with ERP systems or purchasing software
High attention to detail and strong data accuracy
Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and warehouse teams
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
