Project Analyst
.The Project Analyst will support project managers and leadership teams in planning, executing, and monitoring project costs, budgets, and financial requirements. Using data-driven insights, you will track project performance, identify risks or variances, and help ensure projects are delivered within contractual, budgetary, and financial expectations.

• Collaborate with project managers to build budgets and align resources with project needs.
• Develop financial forecasts and recommend cost-saving or efficiency measures when appropriate.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Compare actual costs against estimates to identify variances and potential risks.
• Prepare reports and dashboards that provide visibility into project performance.
• Assist in reviewing and approving vendor invoices.
• Work with pricing, contracts and procurement in securing necessary project support requirements.
• Conduct monthly budget review meetings with project managers and any other stakeholders.
• Create and maintain financial reports.
