Pantheon Data (a Kenific Holding company) is a private, small business based in the Washington, DC, area. Pantheon Data was founded in 2011, initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Our service offerings have grown in the past ten years, including infrastructure resiliency, contact center operations, information technology, software engineering, program management, strategic communications, engineering, and cybersecurity.

We have also grown our customer base to include commercial clients. The company has used this experience to expand our service offerings to other agencies within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of Defense (DoD), and other Federal Civilian Agencies.

Position Overview

Pantheon Data has a contract providing acquisition and technical support services to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO). OCPO provides support and oversight to the Component Acquisition Executive (CAE) offices and Program Management Offices (PMO) of major and non-major systems acquisitions and is the primary point of contact within DHS for the acquisition review process.

As part of this effort, we are looking to identify an Acquisition Program Management Analyst
.

Responsibilities
  • Perform analytical support related to OCPO's mission essential functions in the Acquisition Systems Branch (ASB).
  • Support the review and analysis of DHS acquisition system programs in alignment with DHS directives, instruction, and industry best practices for the management of scope, cost, schedule, and risk. This includes the review of program artifacts, briefings, meetings, communications from respective program offices and other subject matter experts, and source system data resulting in written comments, recommendations, and similar products for the Government.
  • Conduct research and review of the OCPO ASB acquisition system documentation, processes, contracts and milestones to identify gaps or risks, assess status or impact, and provide recommendations to the Government's lead.
  • Provide routine project/program support including but not limited to developing and implementing methods to plan, execute, monitor, and report the status of activities, including documenting project requirements, plans, processes, reporting methodologies, and tools. This may require individual meetings, working groups, written communications, and various ad hoc communication strategies.
  • Maintain project-based work products for currency and accuracy and remain available for review and input by project stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a contract/milestone register, stakeholder register, POA&M/issues log, and integrated master schedule. Services may require collecting data from a variety of disparate sources; compiling, organizing, or summarizing information in a coherent and cohesive manner; applying critical thinking to information of moderate complexity; and engaging with a variety of Government stakeholders to define requirements and receive strategic direction to develop the final deliverable.
  • Produce various deliverables in the Government's requested format (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF, etc.) for each analytical support activity. The format of the deliverable will be determined with consideration for the task and includes, but is not limited to, an executive-level briefing and/or report of finding(s), recommendation(s), and/or conclusion(s).
Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Thorough understanding of foundational program/project management principles.
  • Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Education

High School Diploma

Clearance Requirements

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements. Ability to obtain Public Trust prior to hire and maintain during employment is required.
