Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent to join our team. As a leader in the construction industry, we specialize in a variety of large‑scale commercial and industrial projects.

Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion.Coordinate and supervise the construction process from conceptual development through final construction.Ensure that all construction activities align with the project plan.Manage and lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors.Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are met at all times.Interact with clients, interpreting and explaining plans and contract terms to staff and contractors.Schedule and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and material supplies.Qualifications
Minimum five years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry.Proven self‑perform experience with concrete on commercial and/or industrial projects.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.Strong project planning and execution skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.A problem‑solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.A bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.Certifications in construction safety and other relevant areas are a plus.Equal Opportunity Employment
