Salary:Starting at $73,000, with higher compensation based on experience

We are seeking an
Assistant Project Manager - Civil Construction
to support the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction estimating, project coordination, or project management and a strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and contract administration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field with2-3 years of construction project management experience
  ; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in
  civil construction estimating, project coordination, or project management
  .
• Understanding of
  construction means, methods, scheduling, and contract administration
  .
• Experience coordinating
  subcontracted and self-performed work
  .
• Proficiency with
  Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
  .
• Strong
  organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  .
• Ability to
  travel to project sites as required
  .
• Valid driver’s license with an
  acceptable driving record
  .
• Ability to
  lift up to 50 pounds
  and navigate active construction sites, including
  stairs and ladders
  .

• Experience with
  IDIQ, design-build, or task-order construction projects
  .
• Experience with
  government or federal construction contracts
  .
• OSHA 30 certification
  .
• First Aid and CPR certification
  .
• Construction Quality Management (CQM/CQC) certification
  .
• Engineer in Training (EIT), Associate Constructor (AC), or similar industry credential
  .
