We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager – Civil Construction to support the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction estimating, project coordination, or project management and a strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and contract administration.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field with 2–3 years of construction project management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in civil construction estimating, project coordination, or project management.
• Understanding of construction means, methods, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating subcontracted and self-performed work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate active construction sites, including stairs and ladders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IDIQ, design-build, or task-order construction projects.
• Experience with government or federal construction contracts.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Construction Quality Management (CQM/CQC) certification.
• Engineer in Training (EIT), Associate Constructor (AC), or similar industry credential.
