Spa Concierge Receptionist Luxury Spa

We are hiring full‑time and part‑time Spa Concierge positions at The Woodhouse Day Spa.

• Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door.
• Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience, including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience.
• Answers the phone with a smile each and every time.
• Acts as the brand ambassador, ensuring guests enter a clean, safe place with the right lighting, music and scent to make a memorable experience.
• Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special—guest’s favorite drink, warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries.
• Serves as a backup for the leadership team, ensuring operations run smoothly.

Compensation: $15‑$17 per hour.
