Overview

JKG is hiring B Mitzvah and Teen Teachers to support our Sunday morning programs for older students. Depending on the program placement, teachers may work with middle school students in the JKG B Mitzvah Program or teen students in the Teen Leadership Academy. The JKG B Mitzvah Program offers a unique and meaningful way for students to become Jewish adults. Our in‑person experience blends Jewish learning and community service, culminating in a group B Mitzvah celebration.

Students in 6th‑8th grade learn together, build lasting Jewish friendships, and prepare for this special milestone in a joyful, supportive community. The Teen Leadership Academy provides teens with opportunities to continue building Jewish community, explore leadership, and engage in meaningful Jewish learning and service.
