- Handle challenging behaviors with patience, consistency, and understanding, especially with strong-willed personalities
- Previous experience working with toddlers (ages 2–3) in a childcare or preschool setting
- Strong understanding of early childhood development
- Ability to manage a classroom with energy, structure, and warmth
- Proven experience working with spirited, expressive, children is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children
Preferred Qualifications
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Someone who doesn’t just “watch” children, but teaches, guides, and inspires them. Our ideal candidate embraces the unpredictable nature of toddlers, sees big emotions as learning opportunities, and knows how to turn everyday moments into meaningful growth experiences.
If you’re ready to make a lasting impact while keeping up with some very opinionated 2-year-olds, we’d love to hear from you.
