Our client, a leading organization in civil infrastructure development, is seeking a Senior Engineer
- Capital Projects to join their team. As a Senior Engineer
- Capital Projects, you will be part of the Department of Capital Projects supporting project management and engineering excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Manage engineering consultants and construction contractors during design and construction phases of the Town's capital projects

Review and recommend approval of consultant fee proposals, change orders, and invoices

Oversee plan review and approval processes for various capital projects

Develop and manage project schedules using project management software tools

Coordinate with utility companies, legal teams, and community stakeholders to ensure project success

Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering or a related field;
Master's Degree preferred

Minimum of four years' experience in civil engineering design or construction

Valid driver's license with a safe driving record

Proficiency in digital plan review software such as Bluebeam, Revu, Adobe Acrobat, etc.

Knowledge of federal, state, and local standards, codes, and regulations related to civil engineering projects
