Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions, including payroll, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and financial statement preparation.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax filings accurately and timely.
• Develop and maintain effective financial controls and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with department leaders to support operational efficiency and profitability.
• Manage employee benefits and ensure accurate administration of benefits programs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Controller in a Virginia dealership setting.
• Strong knowledge of dealership accounting practices and financial regulations.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Full-Time Benefits:
