This opportunity promises to be both professionally and financially rewarding by helping to grow an already highly successful medical practice.
Job Description- Manage the daily operations of the practice including patient scheduling/registration, medical records, data entry, cash posting, daily bank deposit activity, office maintenance and computer systems.
- Supervise and develop medical office personnel to ensure maximum efficiency in practice operations including staff selection, onboarding/training, scheduling, and other personnel related activities.
- Ensure practice is providing the appropriate level of patient service including the resolution of patient concerns/issues.
- Manage, implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Oversee compliance related activity.
- Provide additional administrative support to the physicians through the completion of assigned tasks.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Effective personnel management including training staff and delegating duties.
- Thorough knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant medical practice regulations.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands on approach to team building and willingness to work hard.
- Full-time:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm - Minimal travel between two office locations
- 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager in a medical office setting.
- 1-2 years’ experience in Dermatology, preferred but not required.
- MA experience highly preferred but not required.
- Experience with medical software and knowledge of medical billing and coding process.
- Proven experience building office culture and cross functional teams to enhance patient experience and practice growth.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
