Compensation: $18.50 per hour plus tips.
Work Schedule:
overnight shifts.
Benefits: accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits. Employees may enroll in a 401k retirement savings plan. Eligibility depends on classification, length of employment and hours worked. Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for benefits.
SummaryThe Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. Duties include parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, and ensuring a pleasant experience.
Essential Functions- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients (25%).
- Use salutation, welcome guests, and adhere to phone etiquette (10%).
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely, assist with bell services and luggage, open vehicle and hotel doors for guests (20%).
- Provide directions, taxi and reservation assistance, deliver messages and guest amenities (10%).
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures, handle claim checks, complete ticket information, perform revenue calculation (35%).
- Additional duties as directed (total 100%).
- Education:
High school diploma or GED. - Must hold a valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
- One month related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of customer service principles.
- Skills:
read and write standard English, comprehend simple instructions, write simple correspondence, perform basic math with money, understand 24‑hour and military time, understand parking rates, operate a manual transmission, perform parallel parking.
Job routine; decisions within departmental guidelines. Limited control over resources. Physical demands include walking, standing, lifting up to 100lb occasionally, and operating under various weather conditions.
