Team Leader – GSA Operations

The Team Leader is responsible for general operations of a GSA (less than 24/7, 9 or fewer GSAs) ensuring service standards are met or exceeded. The role works with the District Manager or an assigned Off‑Site Account Manager to coordinate, administer, troubleshoot, and guide the team.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly base pay: $20 per hour (adjusted by skills, experience, education, location)

    PM shifts
  • Benefits: accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, 401(k) retirement plan (eligibility depends on classification, length of employment and hours worked). Seasonal/temporary roles are not eligible.
Essential Functions
  • Ensure consistent delivery of guest/patient service experience on all shifts (15%).
  • Perform regular guest/patient service duties and allocate labor efficiently.
  • Integrate client service standards with Towne Park standards.
  • Handle complaints and difficult situations calmly under pressure.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of client facilities, outlets, meeting rooms, parking, and local attractions (15%).
  • Participate in “The Show” and deliver “Aggressive Hospitality” to guests/patients (15%). Address guests/patients with appropriate greetings and open vehicles/hotel doors.
  • Check in arriving guests/patients, explain parking & retrieval procedures, drive vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct room presentations when providing bell services; assist with room deliveries and pickups, direct guests to taxis, reservations and inquiries.
  • Assign associates to routine roles and non‑ordinary duties as needed (10%).
  • Participate in hiring to select the best people, retain talent, share feedback with management, and ensure proper orientation and training (10%).
  • Recognize high performance, coach team members, hold shift huddles, practice positive discipline, and document performance accurately (15%).
  • Develop strong relationships with client staff, maintain meeting rhythms, and achieve client expectations, building loyalty (15%).
  • Implement scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping controls; use standardized systems; build schedules, communicate changes, ensure payroll approvals.
  • Identify and collect revenue for vehicles, complete cash drops, shift reports, reconcile revenue, and propose operational improvements (10%).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Minimum 18 years old; must pass criminal background, MVR, and drug screen.
  • 1–2 years related experience or equivalent education/experience.
  • Knowledge of GSA procedures; ability to drive a manual transmission.
  • Strong planning, prioritizing, and multi‑project management under pressure.
  • Professional work ethic, energy, persistence, stability, and composure in difficult situations.
  • Computer proficiency: MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and POS/technology applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to adapt to diverse cultures.
  • Proficient in Standard English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret policies, manuals, training materials, and corporate communications.
  • Ability to compose professional internal and external communications, reports, memos, letters, and emails.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands

The role requires talking or hearing, sitting or standing for extended periods, occasionally running, walking, handling objects, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral and depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Lifting up to 100lbs occasionally, 50lbs frequently, and 20lbs constantly. Work largely outdoors with extreme heat or cold. Travel up to 5% may be required.
