- Perform day-to-day operational support, administration, and troubleshooting for enterprise applications and data integration platforms.
- Support Informatica Power Center operations, including job monitoring, failure resolution, and operational maintenance.
- Operate and manage batch processing jobs using Control-M or equivalent scheduling tools.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve batch failures, data integration issues, and system performance concerns.
- Work within Postgre
SQL or equivalent database environments to support operational needs, data validation, and issue resolution. - Analyze system behavior in complex environments and collaborate with system operations teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.
- Support application and batch integrations across multiple systems and platforms.
- Troubleshoot system outages, installation issues, and application execution issues in AWS-hosted environments running JBoss or Tomcat.
- Participate in incident response, escalation management, and resolution activities for production systems.
- Communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to provide status updates and recommendations.
- Follow established PMO processes, policies, and procedures when supporting operational and project-related activities.
- At least three (3) years of experience performing Informatica Power Center operations, administration, or troubleshooting.
- At least three (3) years of experience as a Batch Operator using Control-M or equivalent batch scheduling tools.
- At least two (2) years of experience working in a Postgre
SQL database or equivalent database environment. - Experience supporting systems in the health insurance marketplace, healthcare, or health and human services domains.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to work effectively in complex system environments.
- Proven experience supporting application and batch integrations.
- Working knowledge of database concepts and SQL functions.
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with system operations and technical teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Five (5) or more years of experience supporting day-to-day operations of complex enterprise systems.
- Five (5) or more years of experience as a Batch Operator or equivalent, supporting batch job configurations and operations in large-scale environments.
- At least three (3) years of experience identifying and resolving system outages, installation issues, and application execution issues in AWS environments running JBoss or Tomcat.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills with experience providing options, recommendations, and risk mitigation strategies for escalated issues.
- Advanced experience operating, configuring, and troubleshooting Control-M or equivalent batch scheduling tools.
- Experience managing and supporting web-based systems hosted on AWS.
- Working knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations.
- Understanding of Java runtime environment concepts, including heap memory, thread dumps, garbage collection, and performance troubleshooting.
- Experience working within PMO-driven environments and adhering to established processes and governance.
