The Reporting Lead owns program reporting and analytics execution across SILTT’s Build portfolio. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining structured reporting templates, dashboards, and executive-level deliverables that translate validated program data into clear, consistent, and actionable outputs.
Working within the Program Administration & Controls structure, the Reporting Lead ensures customer-facing and internal reporting products are professionally presented, data-driven, and consistent across all regions.
This position may support other SILTT programs or internal business needs as required.

A DAY IN THE LIFEThe Reporting Lead gathers validated cost, schedule, production, and issue data from across regions and execution lanes to prepare structured reporting outputs.
A typical day includes updating dashboards, maintaining reporting templates, compiling weekly or monthly reporting packages, and coordinating with the Program Controls Lead and Master Scheduler to resolve discrepancies before release.
The role ensures all customer-facing and internal reports are accurate, consistent, and aligned in format, terminology, and KPI presentation across the program.
The focus is clarity, consistency, and actionable reporting - not volume.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Reporting Template Ownership:
Develop and maintain standardized executive and regional reporting templates across the program. - Dashboard & Analytics Development:
Build and maintain structured dashboards that translate validated cost, schedule, production, and issue data into clear visual outputs. - Reporting Package Assembly:
Compile and publish weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting packages for internal and customer-facing distribution. - Data Translation:
Convert validated inputs from the Program Controls Lead, Master Scheduler, and Regional Administrators into clear, actionable reporting. - Consistency Enforcement:
Ensure uniform formatting, terminology, KPI representation, and branding across all regions and projects. - Cross-Functional Coordination:
Work with Controls and Scheduling to resolve data discrepancies prior to report release. - Reporting Quality Control:
Review reports for accuracy, completeness, and presentation discipline before distribution. - Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve reporting clarity, efficiency, and automation across the program.
- 5+ years of experience in project reporting, project controls reporting, PMO support, or data analytics within construction or infrastructure programs.
- Demonstrated experience supporting program-level or multi-project reporting (not solely single-project reporting).
- Experience developing structured reporting packages and executive dashboards.
- Experience developing executive dashboards using BI or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including data organization and analysis.
- Advanced presentation skills in PowerPoint or equivalent platforms.
- Experience working within construction project management platforms (e.g., ACC, Procore, or similar).
- Ability to interpret cost, schedule, and production data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive and client-facing environments.
