Seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Solutions lead to drive deals of SAP S/4

HANA RISE with SAP S/4

HANA Cloud, private edition (RISE with SAP) and SAP S/4

HANA Cloud, public edition (GROW with SAP) solutions. Play a pivotal role in shaping sales strategy and helping our customers realize the full potential of these innovative cloud solutions.

• Solution Consulting: Deeply understand SAP S/4
  
  HANA Brownfield and Bluefield solutions, their technical capabilities, business benefits and value proposition. Lead an opportunity through its end‑to‑end lifecycle from a solution perspective, authoring estimates, seeking approvals, and presenting to the customer. Author the SOW and hand over to delivery.
• Customer Engagement: Identify customer business needs and challenges, articulate how SAP S/4
  
  HANA solutions can address them, and drive sales opportunities from initiation to closure. Translate customer requirements into SAP solutions using TCS accelerators and methodology.
• Solution Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations highlighting key features and benefits, and stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
• Proposal Development: Lead the sales team to develop compelling proposals aligned with customer requirements, present solutions and proposals convincingly, and craft optimal estimations for migration, application development, rollouts, and support engagements.
• Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position our solutions effectively.
• Customer Success: Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing customer satisfaction.

• SAP large deal experience and management of $100m+ annual revenue pipeline.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4
  
  HANA, cloud technologies, and digital transformation.
• Experience leading solution design, estimation and defense presentation for SAP S/4
  
  HANA with focus on S/4
  
  HANA conversions and Brownfield.
• Working knowledge of SAP Financial and Controlling including Central Finance.
• 15+ years total experience in SAP Finance and controlling.
• 10+ years experience with S/4
  
  HANA opportunities.
• 15+ years SAP presales experience.
• Project management experience in Brownfield and Bluefield projects.
• Preference for experience in manufacturing – process and chemicals.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Bachelor of Technology and business administration from reputed universities.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
