Salesforce Admin​/QA Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator / QA Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of our Salesforce implementations
. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software testing, with a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities, automation testing, and defect management.

• Implement changes to Salesforce Objects/Fields based on customer feedback
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define test requirements and acceptance criteria

• Identify, document, and track defects and report to the team.
• Ensure compliance with internal best practices
  .
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.

• 1-3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Salesforce applications
  .
• Experience with manual testing approaches
  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• At least one Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or similar.

• Strong knowledge of one of the following:
  Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  .
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  .

This position requires candidates to be located in the Northern Virginia/DMV area, commutable to Leesburg, VA.

Exact salary package is commensurate with experience, but ranges from $50,000 – $90,000.
