Responsibilities
North Spring Behavioral Healthcare is currently hiring an Information Technology (IT) Specialist. The IT Specialist provides technical support for the entire facility, ensuring all internal departments receive high‑quality systems support. The position reports to the CFO and is a full‑time, on‑site role.
- Implement Windows‑based PCs in a networked environment in coordination with the corporate IT department.
- Troubleshoot individual workstations, ensuring a secure environment, and work cooperatively with the corporate office on various initiatives.
- Set up software, grant and maintain access rights, backup data, and provide support to the facility in accordance with the corporate office.
- Maintain and back up the facility internal development servers; support desktops, laptops, and servers.
- Evaluate new hardware and software to meet facility requirements.
- Maintain inventory of internal licenses and track compliance.
- Maintain inventory of hardware.
- Assist in the assessment of user training needs; coordinate system application training and perform in‑house training as needed.
- Support and emulate high customer‑service standards internally and externally.

Qualifications- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or computer science.
- At least one year of experience working in Information Technology; preferred 2–3 years of experience including desktop support, printer setup, and networking.
- Detail‑ and task‑oriented with a good work ethic. Training will be provided as necessary.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
