Ashburn Consulting is seeking a visionary Senior Program Manager and HRIT domain expert to lead the enterprise migration to Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. You will own the end-to-end strategy, governance, and deployment, bridging executive vision with hands-on design, data migration, and issue resolution.
Requires 12+ years IT/HRIS experience, 6+ years with Oracle HCM Cloud, and a track record of large migrations. PMP/Prosci preferred;
Bachelor's degree from a related field.
