IT Technical and Administrative support

• Help Desk and Technical Support:
  ** Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, resolve user issues, manage service tickets, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
• Telecommunications Support:
  ** Assist with management of phone systems, VoIP services, and telecommunications requests.
• IT Liaison and Coordination:
  ** Serve as the command's IT representative, coordinating user requirements and working with the CIO3 IT Office.
• Mobile Device Management:
  ** Provision, secure, maintains, and support enterprise mobile devices.
• Asset Management:
  ** Track and manage IT equipment and software throughout their lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, inventory, and disposal.
• Documentation and Communication:
  ** Maintain SOPs, user guides, and communicate IT updates, outages, and new services.
• Administrative Support:
  ** Provide clerical support, process improvement recommendations, and records management.
• Additional IT Duties:
  ** Perform other assigned IT-related tasks as needed.

• Clearance:
  ** Active Secret
• Certification:
  ** CompTIA security+
