Pack Rat Hauling, a fast‑growing junk removal and hauling company based in Leesburg, VA, is looking for a Junk Removal Team Leader to lead field operations and ensure top‑quality customer experiences. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in hard work, is reliable, and can motivate and manage a small crew in fast‑paced environments.

As a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and directing junk removal jobs, operating trucks and equipment safely, and maintaining professionalism with both customers and your crew. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, physical stamina, and a passion for delivering excellent service.

• Lead and participate in daily junk removal jobs (residential, commercial, construction debris)
• Safely operate trucks and equipment (non‑CDL) while following all traffic and safety regulations
• Direct and coordinate crew members on‑site to ensure efficient, damage‑free service
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to confirm job details and provide exceptional service
• Handle paperwork, payment processing, and documentation at each job site
• Maintain clean trucks and equipment and perform basic daily checks
• Train and mentor new crew members on safety, customer service, and job procedures
• Represent Pack Rat Hauling with professionalism, courtesy, and a strong work ethic

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required)
• Experience moving heavy furniture inside residences (required)
• Experience leading or supervising a team (required)
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Punctual, dependable, and team‑oriented
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to follow directions is a must
