As a Receiving Technician I in our Quality Control (QC) function within the Spine division, you’ll play an essential behind‑the‑scenes role in ensuring incoming medical products and materials are accurately received, documented, and ready for use—keeping our supply chain efficient, compliant, and focused on delivering high‑quality solutions to the operating room.
What You’ll Do:- Physically receive and process all incoming production and non‑production shipments
- Verify and ensure required documentation from manufacturers is correct and complete upon receipt
- Follow daily receiving priorities and direction provided by Supply Planning
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and clean work area with proper product segregation to support quality and compliance
- Accurately process inventory receipts in JD Edwards (ERP system)
- Assist in quarterly and yearly physical inventory counts of product
- Support overall receiving operations to help maintain accurate inventory and timely availability of materials for manufacturing and distribution
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One year of relevant experience required; two years preferred (experience in receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, or a similar logistics/quality environment is ideal)
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and goal‑focused
- Results‑oriented with a strong sense of urgency, proactive approach, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
