I'm excited to be growing my team at STS Foundation and am currently looking for Local Coordinators in:

STS Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing cultural exchange opportunities for high school students here and abroad. Our mission is to foster mutual understanding in our world and empower young people to grow through the power of cultural exchange.

• Teachers and educators
• Independent contractors currently working in exchange programs
• Community volunteers and leaders
• EMTs, nurses, and first responders
• Anyone who believes in building global families and changing the world one student at a time

As a Local Coordinator, you will:

• Build relationships with schools in your community
• Help recruit host families for international exchange students
• Support students throughout their exchange experience
• Serve as a local ambassador for cultural understanding and global citizenship

This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering flexibility, purpose, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

At STS Foundation, we do things differently. We are a small nonprofit where people matter. You'll have support from a Regional Director, fellow Local Coordinators, a National Recruiter, and a Marketing Team. We provide ongoing resources, guidance, collaboration opportunities, and best-practice sharing to help you be successful.
