Registered Nurse; RN​/Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Loudoun Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, conveniently located in beautiful downtown Leesburg, Virginia, is seeking both Registered Nurses (RN's) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. We are a 100-bed skilled nursing facility dedicated to delivering extraordinary care to our residents.

In this role, you are a driving force behind exceptional resident care and clinical excellence. You will lead and inspire while working alongside CNAs and other personnel, guiding day-to-day nursing operations while delivering compassionate, hands-on care to our residents.

Working in alignment with current federal, state, and local regulations, as well as under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services and Unit Manager, you will ensure our facility consistently delivers the highest standard of quality care. Your hands-on nursing will directly shape resident outcomes, team success, and the overall culture of excellence within our center.

Full-time and part-time positions available (8 hour shifts). Active RN/LPN licensure in Virginia required. Previous long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
