Set up and administer resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration; may supervise CNAs as directed;
Provide patients' personal hygiene by giving bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assist with travel to the bathroom; help with showers and baths;
Assist with activities of daily living by helping with meals, feeding residents as necessary; assisting with ambulation, turning, and positioning; provide water and nourishment between meals;
Maintain patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; testing urine; recording intake and output information
