Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures for serving alcoholic drinks including state/federal regulations;
Upsell products to guests and knowledge of various beer, wine varieties & spirits;
Check guest IDs to verify minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages;
Maintain clean and sanitary work station at all times and ensure bar equipment is clean & well maintained;
Handle cash accurately and manage issued bank at his/her bar
