Bulk Beer Merchandiser

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Bulk Beer Merchandiser to support product execution across retail accounts. In this fast-paced role, you will stock and rotate beer, build and maintain eye-catching displays, and ensure shelves, coolers, and backrooms are organized and compliant with company standards. You will safely handle bulk cases and kegs, follow delivery schedules, and communicate closely with drivers, sales reps, and store personnel.

This position requires frequent lifting, driving between accounts, and adherence to safety and alcohol regulations, while representing Reyes' focus on service, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and front beer products in shelves, coolers, and displays
• Build, maintain, and refresh bulk beer merchandiser displays to company standards
• Ensure product freshness through proper rotation and code date checks
• Organize backstock and maintain clean, safe storage areas at each account
• Safely handle and move bulk cases and kegs, following all safety procedures
• Travel between assigned retail accounts according to daily route schedule
• Communicate with drivers, sales representatives, and store staff on inventory and display needs
• Execute merchandising plans, point-of-sale materials, and promotional sets
• Monitor shelf conditions and report out-of-stocks, damage, or issues promptly
• Follow company, retailer, and alcohol regulatory requirements while on-site
