Position

Summary

DH Technologies seeks a U.S. Courts Account Executive who will manage all aspects of selling IT solutions to United States Courts.

Responsibilities
  • Possess knowledge of government agency structure and existing contacts; experience preferred.
  • Understand government-wide contract vehicles; a plus.
  • Collaborate with Vendor Partners to resolve customer satisfaction and order issues in a timely manner.
  • Build on existing and/or establish long-term relationships with accounts/clients.
  • Develop and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing clients to increase DH footprint and wallet share.
  • Ensure that goods or services consistently meet client needs.
  • Maintain and renew client contracts.
  • Manage resources in a matrix environment.
  • Under minimal supervision, develop strategic account plans.
  • Have a strong understanding of Federal acquisition processes.
  • May lead and direct the work of others.
  • Manage sales and professional service solutions to one or more large, complex Federal Government accounts, both current and prospective, with responsibilities for booking, revenue, gross margin, payment, and forecasting.
  • Leverage OEM, partner, and other business relationships to increase revenue and margin through IT solutions sales.
Experience
  • Experience selling or managing consulting, professional, and integration services to government agencies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills, focusing on probing and listening.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to grow accounts.
  • Ability to develop and execute against strategic goals and initiatives.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance a large volume of workload.
  • Ability to prioritize requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
  • Experience selling technical products with a proven track record in prospecting, qualifying, and closing accounts.
  • Preference for selling at least one of the following product lines:
    Nutanix, Cisco, Dell, VMWare, LG, etc.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • High energy, self‑motivation, enthusiasm, and competitive drive to surpass goals and succeed.
  • Passion for building relationships and solving problems.
  • Effective, persuasive communication style.
  • Ability to generate opportunity and produce results.
