Job Overview

You are passionate about delivering a transformational client experience, building our brand one customer at a time and driving business through sales. You demonstrate a strong commitment to service, a genuine curiosity and interest in people, authenticity, fashion & style sensibility, and exceptional selling skills. You’re also resourceful and collaborative – a team player who is savvy about the visual and operational aspects of the role and committed to loss prevention.

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals.
• Create the customer experience through advanced selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
• Understand and communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers.
• Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
• Assist in loss prevention and store visual standards.

• One to three years’ experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that includes nights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending and standing for extended periods.

15.00 USD – 15.00 USD hourly.
