Represents the brand on the sales floor and supports store initiatives, training, and technology-enabled selling channels. This entry-level retail role helps build client relationships and maintain store presentation standards.

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales by prioritizing customer experience and proactive selling.
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training to achieve results.
• Utilize digital and alternative purchase tools (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home) to broaden customer accessibility.
• Engage in clienteling and networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management on opportunities.
• Ensure sales floor, merchandise, and store standards are maintained at all times.

• Retail or related industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
• Strong customer communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel as required.
