Represent the company during the sales process by collecting customer product needs and design specifications, and coordinating with purchasing, inside technical/design staff, production staff and customer;
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, pricing, deliveries, and scheduling, and provide customer follow-ups;
Initiate telephone calls to customers to generate sales and achieve sales targets;
Generate sales opportunities through researching client needs and industry competition, and learn features/benefits of company products;
Process orders and input pricing information into the ERP system; create invoices, work orders, and sales tickets
